LATE POLICY: To respect all scheduled appointments, Wild Cactus Salon allows a 15-minute grace period for hair services and a 5-minute grace period for waxing and brow lamination services. Clients arriving after the grace period may be considered a no-show and will be charged a 50% no-show fee. If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible so we can determine if your appointment can still be accommodated.
LATE CANCELATION/NO SHOW POLICY: Clients who fail to reschedule their appointment before 48 hours before the start of their appointment or those do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a 50% late cancelation/no-show fee for the scheduled service. If the client no-shows and does not respond to a courtesy text/call within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, they will be removed from Wild Cactus Salon’s booking system indefinitely and will no longer be able to schedule future appointments.
